At ARS International Consulting, our goal is clear and paramount:  the complete success of our clients’ mission critical projects.  This can only happen when we can achieve the tightest possible fit between the clients’ requirements and the consultants’ skills and experience.  In order to achieve this tight fit, we have developed a Needs Based Methodology that we employ on every search we do.   This methodology begins by first taking a thorough assessment of the clients exact needs, and then by using our extensive network to fill that need.  Our staff go to great lengths to pre-qualify a handful of candidates appropriate for the project before they are presented to the client.  We NEVER work from a bench or try to fit square pegs into round holes.
